Role Description
The Scientific Solutions Associate will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, managing outreach campaigns, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects into the sales pipeline. The associate will work closely with the Founder to advance deals and support contract negotiations. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, strong technical communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and engage with local Puerto Rico-based clients in biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic sectors.
Push qualified leads through the sales pipeline and coordinate follow-ups to maintain engagement.
